Possum & Rat Dough - Vanilla Citrus

Possum Dough was created by renowned pest control inventor Mike Holden in response to demand for a lure that could be easily secured to pest control equipment without losing effectiveness in the field. Developed for both professional contractors and home users, the dough can be applied directly onto trap triggers, inside bait stations, or onto trees and posts positioned behind leg-hold traps.

Its adhesive texture helps keep the lure exactly where it is placed, reducing loss from rain or ground contamination often experienced with traditional flour and sugar-based lures. The dough also performs well when used with monitoring devices such as chew cards, helping detect possum and rat activity.

Formulated to be highly attractive and palatable to possums and rats, the dough encourages animals to investigate and feed at the treatment site. Our new Vanilla Citrus flavour combines sweet vanilla notes with a bright citrus aroma — scents commonly associated with fruiting garden plants that possums naturally target.
