Concealed damages
Where concealed damage to the goods is not apparent at the time of delivery (no visible external damage) but discovered by you during inspection. You must inform us via the Contact Us form or email within 24 hours from time of delivery.
Any other issues with your order (e.g. faults, short supplies) must be communicated to Traps.co.nz with 7 days of receipt of goods. Via the Contact Us form, email or call (03) 372 1580 - select option 1.

How do I return an item?
 Should a product be faulty we would be happy to offer your choice of the following:
- An exchange
- A replacement product. If there is a price difference this will be paid by the customer, or a partial refund will be made by Traps.co.nz.
- A repair if necessary
- A refund.
If a product is not suitable, Traps.co.nz reserves the right to accept or decline a request for an exchange or refund.
 Conditions:
- Items must be returned in original condition.
- Items must be returned within a 14 day period.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Traps.co.nz will not be responsible for any freight costs.
