Shipping policy

We do not ship outside of New Zealand

The Traps.co.nz customer support team operates Monday - Friday, 9am -5pm. Orders placed over the weekend will invoices and processed early the following week. 

Delivery in New Zealand is usually within 5 working days of receipt of order. Please note rural deliveries may take slightly longer. Delivery times quoted are subject to product availability and we will advise you in the event of a stock delay.  We use Toll (NZ National Networks Ltd) to deliver your goods.  On some occasions rural deliveries will be delivered by 3rd party - NZ Couriers.

Please note that Traps no longer dispatch orders outside of New Zealand.
