Possum & Rat Dough - Cinnamon

Possum Dough was developed by well-known pest control innovator Mike Holden to meet the need for a reliable lure that could be securely applied to a variety of pest control devices. Designed with contractors and fur hunters in mind, the dough can be easily attached to trap triggers, placed inside bait stations, or applied directly onto trees and posts behind leg-hold traps.

The sticky formulation helps the lure remain firmly in place, minimising the chance of it dropping to the ground or being washed away during wet conditions — a common problem with traditional flour-based lure mixes. It is also highly effective when used with monitoring tools such as chew cards and other detection devices.

Highly palatable to both possums and rats, the dough encourages investigation and repeat feeding behaviour around the application site. Our new Cinnamon flavour is a tried-and-true lure known for its strong, lingering aroma, which holds up well in outdoor conditions and continues attracting animals over extended periods. This makes it a dependable option for long-term sets where consistent scent presence is important.
